Consultations with ADRION JS

FACE TO FACE WITH ADRION JS

ADRION JS offers one single individual consultation per project idea which shall take place until the three weeks before the deadline for the submission of the project proposals.

The individual consultation can refer to technical issues on content, communication and finance. During the consultation the JS will provide technical guidance on specific aspects that are unclear from the Programme documents referring to the 3rd Calls for Proposals.

Each consultation shall last a maximum of 45 minutes in total.

Only Lead Applicants can request to have individual consultations with the JS, limited to one consultation per project idea.

When requesting an individual consultation, the preparation of an application should ideally already be in a more mature phase.

You can use the ADRION project idea fact sheet to submit your project idea to the JS.

Please note that:

  • Consultations are no pre-assessments and will not be based on the Application Form or parts of it. The JS will clarify general principles but not advise on concrete outputs, activities or deliverables nor e.g. the admissibility or the eligibility of the specific project proposal;
  • Lead Applicants are invited to use this service after having carefully read the call documents;
  • Consultations cannot be focused on the consistency of the project proposal with regard to selected topics, confirmation of links with national or regional strategies.

Consultation requests:

Individual consultations with JS can take place:

  • in video meetings;
  • face-to-face meetings at the JS premises.

Due to the limited capacity of the Joint Secretariat, individual consultations cannot be granted to all Lead Applicants. Consultations are granted in English language with the possibility to use Programme participating Countries languages according to the availability of the JS staff.

Consultations will be granted on a first-come-first-served basis; Lead Applicants shall be aware that video meetings are always available while face-to-face meetings depend on availability of the Project Officers.

When requesting a consultation, Lead Applicants shall send an email to the JS address and specify:

  • name of the persons (max 2) that will participate in the meeting;
  • desired meeting modality (face-to-face or video);
  • any specific question the Lead Applicant would like to address to the JS.

Interreg Project Slam 2019: Opportunities for ADRION projects to showcase their value!

The Interreg Project Slam is an annual competition organized by Interact which promotes innovative communication approaches related to projects’ results. The Interreg Project Slam 2019 will be part of the “European Week of Regions and Cities” taking place from 7 to 11 October 2019 in Brussels. Interreg projects are invited to present their project’s results using catchy communication technics including social media and video storytelling.  If you are interested in presenting your project, this year’s edition will focus on:

  • A Europe closer to citizens;
  • A greener Europe;
  • A smarter Europe;
  • A more connected Europe through mobility;
  • A more socially integrated Europe;

The application period opened on 1 March 2019 and will close on 30 April 2019 at 12:00 PM CET. ADRION projects interested in applying to the competition are asked to send to the Joint Secretariat all the information requested by the application form by 12 April 2019.

Fore more information and details on how to apply and to learn about the selection process, please consult the call for proposal at https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/InterregProjectSlam2019

The selection process includes a first selection conducted by the European Commission and Interreg programmes who will select the finalists based on the contents of the 180-second pitch videos. The finalists will have the chance to present their projects on stage in a TED talk style using a story-telling pattern during the Interreg Slam 2019 session at the EU Regions Week in Brussels in October 2019.

Interact will organize social media voting to the 3-minute pitch videos of the finalist projects. The most voted video will be awarded “Social Media Award” during the Project Slam, while the ultimate winner will be selected by the live audience through a live electronic voting system.

We believe the Interreg Project Slam 2019 competition can be a great opportunity for the ADRION projects to share good practices, increase their visibility and, if selected as a finalist, to present your project to a live audience in Brussels.

We are looking forward to receiving your applications!
