More than 100 people attended the second ADRION transnational event to launch the second call for proposals held in Zagreb on 24 April 2018

The second transnational event organized by ADRION to promote the second call for proposals took place in Zagreb Participants mainly come from Croatia, IPA Partner States, Slovenia and Italy.

Ms Stella Arneridirector of the Agency for Regional Development – welcomed the participants on behalf of the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds of the Republic of Croatia.
She highlighted that European Territorial Cooperation programmes is a machine where cooperation is requested at all programme levels: Monitoring Committee, Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat. From the national side, she highlighted the role of the Croatian Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds to provide support to Croatian applicants and project partners in successfully achieving programme goals focusing on resolving common challenges.

Mr Nedjeljko Špilek of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia offered an overview of the Adriatic Ionian macro-regional strategy – ADRION:
