Approved 20 projects from the 4th Restricted Call for Proposals

The ADRION Monitoring Committee approved 20 projects under the 4th restricted Call for Proposals for a total EU contribution of MEUR 2,74 (2,2 ERDF and 0,44 IPA II). Following the administrative and quality assessment process, all received project proposals were approved for funding under conditions.

The Call targeted finalised ADRION funded projects only, with the aim to further upgrade project results, as well as to mitigate the negative effects produced by the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, which partly prevented the wide spreading of projects’ outcomes.  The approved projects will therefore boost the dissemination and visibility of tools, strategies, action plans, web-platforms already implemented, and ensure their practical use and transferability at territorial level and to relevant stakeholders.

Most of the lead partners of the approved projects are equally based in Italy and Greece. Among the IPA countries, the largest number of partners are located in Albania, followed closely by Serbia. Most of the funded partners are public bodies (88%), while 22% are private institutions.

Selected projects, addressing all Programme thematic Priority Axes, will implement their activities across a six-months period.
